Ana Camilo started painting at 8 years old, as a way to occupy her free time after school. Plastic arts quickly became a great passion and have always been part of her life. Reconciling studio work with academic training, sport, family and work, it is in painting, through color and drawing, that she has always found the way to transmit, to those who observe her works, experiences and capable moments to provide a unique journey, where each one walks its tracks and creates its own story. The most used techniques are oil on canvas and drawing in Chinese ink on paper, although pastel and acrylic are also part of her portfolio. The participation in individual and collective exhibitions, both in Portugal and abroad, has allowed the dissemination and recognition of her work, being represented in several collections inside and outside the country.
